If you have problems sleeping this is particularly important for you. Exposure to blue light in the evening can delay the onset of sleep, reduce sleep quality, and disrupt your circadian rhythm. To mitigate these effects, it's recommended to limit screen time before bed, use blue light filters on electronic devices, and incorporate warm, dim lighting in the evening. Improving your sleep environment by reducing blue light exposure can enhance sleep quality, leading to better overall health and well-being.
