Great look into caffeine. What needs to be looked at as well in my opinion is the quality of the coffee. I know a Colombian cup of Sello Rojo or american Folgers oñ and even an over roasted Starbucks pike’s place will have me anxious with bowl movements in 15 minutes, but a specialty Colombian/Castillo/Gesha coffee from a local roastery will have a net positive effect with little to no negative effects that I perceive.
